Water resources is one of EN2’s core consulting practice areas and includes strategic planning, feasibility evaluations, water rights permitting, environmental regulatory reviews including CEQA/NEPA for infrastructure, construction monitoring compliance and reporting, water quality sampling and analyses including emergency response data collection, grant applications, and litigation support. EN2’s President (Rick Lind) has been engaged in water resources since he began his professional career in the late 1970s.
