Environmental regulatory compliance and permitting is among our company’s core service offerings. We have decades of experience as CEQA and NEPA Lead Agency representatives for a variety of projects throughout California including for multi-agency joint State/Federal CEQA/NEPA processes, numerous CEQA initial studies/mitigated negative declarations and NEPA environmental assessments. Our staff have extensive experience performing protocol and reconnaissance level surveys as a requirement of CEQA, NEPA, Clean Water Act (Sections 401 and 404), Fish and Game Code (Section 1600), the California and federal endangered species acts, and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
