PATRICIA SUSSMAN
Project Manager/Senior Land Use Planner

​​Ms. Sussman is an experienced project manager with primary expertise in environmental compliance (CEQA, NEPA, TRPA), environmental permitting, and conservation planning. Her skill set includes program development and strategic planning, policy and economic analysis, outreach and communication, fundraising, budgeting, and contract management. She is confident leading and supporting the synthesis of complex policies and data and has more than 12 years of experience researching, writing, editing and coordinating deliverables for publication including environmental documents, contracts, grant proposals and impact analyses. As a project manager she has eight years of experience coordinating and facilitating meetings among project development teams including technical experts, land managers, environmental organizations, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. She has managed and developed project budgets in excess of $500,000 and overseen multiple subcontractors and subcontractor deliverables.
