ENERGY IMPROVEMENT AND EXTENSION ACT OF 2008 -- CLEAN RENEWABLE ENERGY BONDS

EN2 authored successful Clean Renewable Energy Bonds application, including permitting and financing plans, for two small hydroelectric generating projects:  Sandtrap Siphon and Kaiser Siphon as part of the Georgetown Ditch conveyance system. The bonds were funded by the Energy Improvement and Extension Act of 2008 and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. GDPUD was awarded $1,580,000 for hydropower project(s) in El Dorado County.
